Ologie is a specialized marketing and branding agency focused on higher education institutions. After a major brand refresh, I joined as Brand Designer and became the primary creative resource supporting the agency’s business development and growth.
CHALLENGE
A freshly refreshed brand identity needs consistent, high-quality application to build credibility and win new business in the competitive higher education sector. I was tasked with translating the new visual system into polished, persuasive sales and marketing collateral while maintaining strong cohesion across diverse deliverables and formats.
INSIGHT
Efficiency in production was just as important as creative quality. Removing repetitive bottlenecks would allow the team to focus on higher-value strategic work.
APPROACH
I served as lead designer on hundreds of proposals, pitch decks, and case studies, partnering with business development, marketing, and executive stakeholders. Work included designing sales collateral such as presentation spreads, proposals, pitch decks, conference decks, case studies, and social media content, while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

Client names and logos have been blurred for confidentiality.

EFFICIENCY TOOLING & INTERNAL UX
A number to tools and process improvements were made to support the sales team. For example, to address a major production bottleneck — manually searching through 400+ client logos and laying them out in grids for each proposal and pitch deck — I designed and developed a custom automation tool using Google Apps Script within Google Workspace.

The tool featured a searchable pop-up interface with auto-suggestions and canonical mapping, allowing users to quickly find the right logo whether typing the full name or a common acronym. Once selected, it automatically pulled approved logos from Google Drive and placed them into a clean alphabetical grid on Google Slides.

This tool significantly reduced manual effort and enabled the sales team to generate accurate logo pages with minimal designer involvement.
